- We try very hard to not stress out or rush the animals. We ask for a 4 hour window (in at 8am out by noon) to get your pet done and back in your arms. We usually stick to that schedule or even less time, but we ask for your patience with us if we end up a little behind.
- Saturdays are our busiest day, we have many customers who schedule their Saturdays for an entire year ahead of time so that they won't loose their appointments. If you need a certain day, don't be afraid to book ahead.
- We loose many appointments to people who don't call to reschedule "no show" their scheduled time. There is a $15 charge per pet for each missed appointments. When someone no shows we still have to pay our overhead and employees, and another customer who would have liked that appointment looses out. Can't make an appointment, just call and let us know ASAP.
- Are we booked on the day you need? Ask to be put on our cancellation list!

Cat Pricing**
Bath and Tidy (includes deshedding and can only be done on cats with minimal matting) starts at $65*
Full Grooming/ Lion Trim starts at $70*
Both options include a bath, blow dry, ears cleaning, and nail trimming.
*Price may increase based on size and condition of the coat.
**We have years of experience, and promise to do the best we can. If the cat is extremely aggressive or stressed out and we have tried everything we can we will call the owner to pick them up and the entire price is still the same.
Why are cats so expensive to get groomed?
Well my friends, cat grooming is not easy and can be quite dangerous! We pay good money for worker's comp insurance and unfortunately have had to use it. Also when we schedule a cat for grooming it changes the whole schedule for the day. We take in less dogs in the morning so that we will be done with them by the time the cats get there in the afternoon... well at least thats the plan ;)
