Mission Statement:
·Our mission is to create a safe humane grooming environment for all pets so that they may always look and feel their best.
· We will educate our pet owners by sharing our knowledge about pet health involving grooming, and notifying them immediately if a problem regarding their pet is noticed.
· To help reduce the need for euthanizing animals in shelters by educating our customers about rescuing instead of purchasing pets, and preventing overpopulation by spaying and neutering their pets.
Code of Ethics:
·To keep the concern for the welfare, health and safety of the pets under my care the highest priority of my work.
· To treat the pets in my care at all times with sensitivity, kindness, patience and respect.
· To conduct my business with honesty and integrity, toward my customers and their pets, toward other pet care professionals, and toward myself.
· To continue to seek knowledge and resources that will contribute to my skills and to my ability to care for my client pets.
· To offer other pet groomers, whenever possible, the human support and encouragement that we need to feel a part of this professional community.
· To provide education to my customers and to the public on proper grooming care for their pets.
· To encourage healthy behaviors and practices in all I have dealings with.

Ann’s Trim Time was established in 1984 by the original owner Ann, then joined by Brenda a few years later. Ann’s Trim Time was purchased in 2001 by Jennifer Clancy .
Jennifer was raised in Gilbert and Mesa and feels a special bond to the community and families in these cities. Jennifer had pets growing up and was lucky enough to have a Grandma and Grandpa with a dairy farm that always had lots of exciting adventures and learning experiences.
She moved to northern California for a few years. There she attended Madeline’s Institute of Pet Grooming and graduated in May of 2001.
Now she was ready to have a place of her own!
Missing her family she moved back to Mesa and found Ann’s Trim Time for sale. She was fortunate enough to get to work with one of the previous owners, Brenda, and had a wonderful transition into the salon.
Jennifer feels so lucky to have found a business that has such wonderful, caring and loyal clients. Trim Time Pet Grooming couldn’t be the successful salon that it has become without them! Thank you for your ongoing support!
We appreciate you!
